Refund Policy
How refunds and cancellations are handled at Grown Turtle.
Retainer engagements
Monthly retainer clients may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Fees paid for the current month are non-refundable, but no charges apply after the notice period.
Project-based work
Project-based engagements typically follow a milestone payment schedule (e.g. 50% upfront, 25% at midpoint, 25% on delivery). Once a milestone has been approved and payment released, that portion is non-refundable. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Grown Turtle.
Ad spend
Third-party ad spend paid to Google, Meta or any other advertising platform is non-refundable by Grown Turtle. Any refund must be requested directly from the platform.
How to request a refund
Email contact@grownturtle.in with your invoice number, engagement details and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
