Who we are

Grown Turtle is a boutique digital marketing and creative studio headquartered in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. We were founded on a simple belief: work slow, ship strong, grow lasting. In an industry obsessed with speed and volume, we chose the opposite - deep craft, patient execution, and results that compound over years.

Since 2020, we've helped 120+ founders across Odisha and India build brands people actually remember. Our clients include handloom labels in Sambalpur, D2C food brands in Cuttack, fitness studios in Puri, and B2B service companies in Bhubaneswar and beyond.

Our founders

Manoranjan Sasamal (Founder & Creative Director) is a multimedia designer, motion artist and marketer with over 8 years of experience. He leads creative and technical direction for every project the studio ships.

Subhashree Priyadarshini (Co-founder, Brand & Strategy) brings 5 years of brand strategy and content architecture experience. She leads client discovery, positioning work and creative production.
